SyncWith, including the website at, the Google Sheets SyncWith Add-on, and its related services require access to your information in order to provide you with our services. Your data is yours, and our access to it is governed by these terms as well as Google's Terms of Service. We take this responsibility seriously.

We only ask for personal information when we need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used. We may collect:

  • your biographical information, including your email address and name, so that we can associate your actions to your account and contact you about your use of the services
  • access to your Google spreadsheets, so that we can provide our SyncWith service, which requires the ability to modify your spreadsheets with information fetched from the APIs that you have configured
  • read-only access to your Google Ads, if requested as part of our SyncWith service
  • read-only access to your Google Analytics, so that we can provide our SyncWith service and web dashboard service, which requires the ability to access your analytics to keep your dashboard up-to-date
  • read-only access to your Google Calendars, if requested as part of our SyncWith service
  • read-only access to your Google Search Console, if requested as part of our SyncWith service

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. You may revoke our access to your Google Drive at any time by following Google's uninstall procedures or by visiting your Google account's permissions page. In the course of using our service, you may store information with us, for example, configuration data about API endpoints that you would like us to fetch on your behalf. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We don't share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.
