SyncWith, the website at https://www.syncwith.com, the Google Sheets/Airtable/Excel/DataStudio SyncWith Add-ons, and their related services require access to your information in order to provide you with our services. Our access to it is governed by these terms as well as Google's Terms of Service. If you use SyncWith to connect to other services, those services' Terms of Service also apply. SyncWith is an affiliated company of Micro Startup Studio Inc, a Canadian corporation.

What Information We Collect

We only ask for personal information when we need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used. We may collect:

  • your biographical information, including your email address and name, so that we can associate your actions to your account and contact you about your use of the services
  • access to your Google spreadsheets, so that we can provide ourSyncWith service, which requires the ability to modify your spreadsheets with information fetched from the APIs that you have configured
  • read or write access to various third-party services (for example: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Calendar, Google Search Console, Facebook Ads), if requested by you as part of our SyncWith Service

In the course of using our service, you may store information with us, for example, configuration data about API endpoints that you would like us to fetch on your behalf. We protect this data within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

Data Retention and Deletion

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. You can delete your data from our server by using the add-on UI to delete previously created connections, or by writing to us at hello@syncwith.com.

You may revoke our access to third-party services by using the facilities of the third-party service. For Google, follow Google's uninstall procedures or visit your Google account's permissions page. For Facebook, visit the Business Integrations page.

Third Parties

In order to maintain and improve the service, we use third-party analytics services to monitor how users interact with our website and service.

We don't share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

If you authorize and request us to access data from YouTube on your behalf when SyncWith will use the YouTube API, and we refer you to the Google Privacy Policy Page

Acceptance of Terms

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
