- What does the service cost?
- For new Shopify merchants, the service is free. This offering applies specifically to users who installed the app via the Shopify App Store.
- Is there any limit to the number of reports or requests?
- There are almost no limits for most users. To ensure fair use of resources for other users, we reserve the right to enforce certain timeouts and maximum refresh limits. However, most users do not reach these limits.
- Is there any limit to the amount of data I can pull?
- There are some limits, but SyncWith is generally designed to avoid limiting you. SyncWith does have a per-request limit of 25mb of data, but you can easily pull more data with multiple reports or multiple requests using cell references or pagination, or simply accumulate more data than that using our output modes. Ultimately Google Sheets itself currently limits you to 10,000,000 cells per spreadsheet.
- Are reports from custom APIs included?
- Yes, you can create custom reports from almost any API.
