Sync WooCommerce to Google Sheets

To connect WooCommerce to Google Sheets to sync your orders and products etc, please first install the SyncWith Google Sheets addon.
We'll be using the WooCommerce orders API, which you can read about here:
And I see it lets you list orders, and each order has an array of line_items, which I think has the data you're looking for, see: https://woocommerce.github.io/woocommerce-rest-api-docs/#order-line-items-properties

Basic steps

  1. Do a basic test of the API (this isn't required, but will be helpful for you): using endpoint /wp-json/wc/v3, eg https://www.yourstore.com/wp-json/wc/v3
  1. Generate API keys: https://woocommerce.github.io/woocommerce-rest-api-docs/#authentication or https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-rest-api/
  1. Create a new connection to list all orders (for example)
  • set Authentication to "Basic", and enter the REST API Consumer Key as the Username, and enter the REST API Consumer Secret as the password
